You'll meet shortlisted candidates in an informal session focused on cultural compatibility, communication skills, and lifestyle fit. It's your chance to get a feel for each candidate beyond the resume.

Technical Interview

Candidates undergo a structured technical interview tailored to their trade. We evaluate diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, practical knowledge, and experience handling relevant tools and systems.

Scenario Interview

Real-world challenges are introduced for candidates to solve on the spot β€” gauging how they think under pressure, apply safety and efficiency standards, and interact in a team environment.

Offer and Acceptance

We assist in finalising the offer and securing acceptance β€” guiding both parties through contract terms, salary expectations, and start date discussions to ensure full transparency and alignment.

Immigration Handover

Our team coordinates with MARA-registered immigration partners to begin sponsorship and visa preparation. We provide the necessary documentation and run Labour Market Testing (LMT) for 28 days.

Lodge Sponsorship

Following the LMT period, sponsorship, nomination, and visa applications are formally lodged. Our licensed migration experts manage all documentation, minimising delays and securing approvals as swiftly as possible.

Day One on Site

Your new hire arrives on site ready to begin work, equipped with necessary documentation and orientation support. We remain available for onboarding assistance to ensure smooth integration into your team.

Candidate costs range between $10,000–$25,000+ depending on family size, skills assessments, and relocation complexity. We explain all costs early so there are no surprises.

Salary Compliance

The 482 visa base salary must meet the current Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold (TSMIT) of $76,515 per annum (as per 2025). PR support timing varies β€” some employers support permanent residency after 24 months.
